- 50 g strawberry ice cream
- 9 oz milk
Preparation
- In a pitcher, add the milk and texture it with the powder DaVinci Gourmet Swiss Chocolate until the desired temperature is reached.
- In a cognac glass, place the ice cream balls and gently pour the chocolate over them.
