If you love frozen drinks, this mojito recipe is for you. The combination of mandarin and mint makes it citrusy and ultra-refreshing.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz of DaVinci Gourmet Mandarin
- 2 oz of Island Oasis Mojito
- 120 ml of mineral water
- 30 ml white rum (optional, for alcoholic version)
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 slices of fresh mandarin
- Ice
Preparation:
- In a tall glass, place the mint leaves and fresh mandarin slices, muddle lightly to release their aromas.
- In a blender, blend the ice, DaVinci Gourmet Mandarina, and Island Oasis Mojito. If you prefer a boozy version, add 1 oz of white rum. Blend until desired consistency.
- In the glass, add half the mineral water and top up with the frappé, stirring gently to integrate the flavors.
- Decorate with a slice of mandarin and a sprig of mint.
