Shipping Policies
Our shipping service is only available in Mexico.
The standard shipping price to all of Mexico varies according to weight and dimensions.
All purchase orders placed through the website will be delivered by parcel and courier companies other than KEX.
The product will be delivered to the address indicated by the user on the account portal or to a different address provided by the user, which must be entered when confirming the order.
Delivery time will be 5 to 7 business days, counting from the date the full purchase amount has been received.
If the package does not arrive at the requested location, it will be deposited at the nearest parcel service branch.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm will ship the following day.
Kitchen Experts offers a complete satisfaction guarantee to its customers regarding the products purchased. Our return policy is very simple. You can return any item purchased at kex.com.mx for the following reasons:
- If the item has manufacturing defects.
- If there is a mistake in the item sent, keep the original cellophane wrapping (wrapping) and do not show signs of mistreatment.
Upon receipt of erroneous or damaged merchandise, physical exchange will be applied only if it was reported within the first 24 hours after delivery, to the following telephone numbers:
