- 1 oz DaVinci Gourmet Cream of Mint
- 2 drops of blue food coloring
- 4 oz Coconut milk
- Shredded coconut
- Ice
Preparation
- Frost the rim of a glass with coconut milk and roll it in shredded coconut to decorate.
- In a blender, add the DaVinci Gourmet Menthe Cream, coconut milk, blue food coloring, and ice cubes.
- Blend until you get a frappé texture.
- Serve in the decorated glass and enjoy.
