Preparation

  1. Frost the rim of a glass with coconut milk and roll it in shredded coconut to decorate.
  2. In a blender, add the DaVinci Gourmet Menthe Cream, coconut milk, blue food coloring, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until you get a frappé texture.
  4. Serve in the decorated glass and enjoy.
